How does referral work for CoinW Futures Copy Trading?
Put simply, now referrers can earn a share of their referees’ futures copy trading profit (as followers).

How can Lead Traders Enable referral for Futures Copy Trading?
Go to your copy trading settings page, select [Copy Trading Referral Settings], enable referral, and set your profit-sharing ratio.
The maximum profit-sharing ratio for referrers is 30%. This applies to all users outside your whitelist and the profit will come out of your share of profit.
Whitelist referrers have no such restrictions.
How to refer my friends to CoinW Futures Copy Trading?
1. You can check out all Lead Traders with this feature enabled from our Futures Copy Trading page by ticking ‘Referral’.
2. Click a Lead Trader’s avatar to enter their homepage. Click Share and obtain your exclusive invitation link and poster.
3. Share this link or poster with friends. If your friend follows this Lead Trader within a week after visiting the link, you will be eligible to share their futures copy trading profit.
4. On the Lead Trader's homepage, click the gift icon to check out your referral and profit sharing details].
How to calculate your earnings from Futures Copy Trading referrals?
Your earnings depend on the referrer profit sharing ratio set by Lead Traders. For each successful referral, you will receive a certain percentage of the Lead Trader's earning.
Lead Trader's earnings = Copy Trading profit x Trader's profit-sharing ratio
Referral earnings = Trader's earnings x Referral profit sharing ratio
Example:
User A earns 100 USDT profit from CoinW Futures Copy Trading as a successful referral.
With a 12% Lead Trader profit sharing ratio and 20% referral profit sharing ratio, the Lead Trader will earn 100 x 12% = 12 USDT, and A’s referrer will earn 12 x 20% = 2.4 USDT.

What is a successful referral?
If a referee follows a Lead Trader within a week after visiting the Lead Trader’s exclusive invite link, they will be considered a successful referral and their referer will be eligible to share their futures copy trading profit.
What are some of the common reasons for a failed referral?
- The referee did not follow the Lead Trader within 7 days.
- The referee is already following the Lead Trader.
When will this referral profit sharing mechanism expire?
As long as your referee is earning profit by following the Lead Trader you recommended, you will be able to earn a share of their profit.
When and how will the referrer get their profit?
Profit will be distributed daily at 24:00 (UTC+8) to the referrers’ futures account.
Why am I not earning any profit?
If you’re not earning any profit from your successful referrals, then maybe:
- Your referees do not have sufficient assets in their copy trading account.
- Your referees haven’t placed any order yet.
- Your referees haven’t been profitable in following the Lead Trader yet.
