Due to the recent surge in platform traffic, in order to provide you with a smoother experience, CoinW will upgrade the platform system on 4/17/2022 18:30~23:00 (UTC), and deposit, withdraw and transfer functions will be closed on 4/17/2022 17:30(UTC) . The time of this upgrade is expected to be 4.5 hours, the final upgrade completion time is subject to the announcement time. Please understand the inconvenience caused to you!

Upgrade Content

During the upgrade period, the following functions will be temporarily suspended and will be opened simultaneously after the upgrade is completed,

• New user registration, KYC
• Deposit, withdraw and transfer
• OTC trading and related functions
• Spot trading, Futures trading, ETF trading
• CoinW Earn (participating users will not be affected and will enjoy token earnings normally), task center, etc.

Account position

• To avoid the impact of market fluctuations during the upgrade period, please make TP/SL in advance!
• Spot/ETF resting order users should withdraw their orders actively before 4/17/2022 16:00(UTC). Resting orders that are not withdrawn actively will be withdrawn uniformly by the system.
• Futures users please cancel the limit order, trigger order, move TP/SL resting orders in advance. If not canceled, the system will automatically cancel all the above resting orders during the system upgrade period. The current position of the futures (including the set TP/SL) will not be affected.

Risk Warning:

The upgrade will take a long time and the platform needs to start the quotation service in advance due to stress test during the system upgrade period. The price of the trading pair will fluctuate according to the index price, please control the risk in advance by setting TP/SL, margin call or closing your position inadvance. Otherwise, you need to bear the loss caused by this.

1.The upgrade duration is expected to be 4.5 hours, and the final upgrade completion time is subject to the announcement notice.

2.The system will close deposit,withdraw,OTC and transfer functions on 4/17/2022 17:30(UTC) .

3.The system will open deposit,withdraw,OTC and transfer functions on 4/18/2022 3:00(UTC) after the completion of the system upgrade.

4.Please evaluate your account capital position in advance to avoid the impact of market fluctuations during the upgrade.
