We are pleased to inform you that we will be providing support for the upcoming mainnet upgrade of the Ethereum network. To ensure the smooth transition, deposits and withdrawals of various tokens associated with the Ethereum network, including ETH, ARB, OP, zkSync Era, BASE, STRK, Linea (ETH), MATIC, METIS, and MXC, will be temporarily suspended starting at 11:00 UTC on March 13, 2024.

Please notice:

• We will reinstate these services for the mentioned tokens once the upgraded ETH network stabilizes. Please be aware that we will not issue a separate announcement when this occurs.

• For the safety of your assets, we advise against initiating any further withdrawals or deposits involving the aforementioned tokens and those linked to their networks during the upgrade process.
  
  
• It's important to note that trading activities involving the specified tokens and those associated with their networks will remain unaffected during the network upgrade. However, we urge you to consider the risks associated with spot, margin, and derivatives trading and take appropriate measures to mitigate them, such as adjusting your margin to minimize risk.
  
  

• If you hold any of the mentioned tokens and tokens associated with their networks in your account, there is no action required on your part. We will manage all necessary technical procedures.
