SPCXUSDT PreIPO Perpetual Contract Conversion to Standard USDT-Margined TradFi Perpetual Contract
Published on: 2026/06/09 20:31Last Update: 2026/06/09 20:31

Dear CoinW Users,

CoinW will convert the SPCXUSDT PreIPO Perpetual Contract to the standard SPCXUSDT TradFi Perpetual Contract on June 10, 2026 at 16:30 (UTC+8). The conversion process involves suspending trading, closing positions, adjusting contract sizes, automatic position reopening, and other operations. This process is expected to be completed within 30 minutes. If it takes longer, a separate announcement will be issued.

Contract Size Adjustment:

USDT-Margined Perpetual Contract

SPCXUSDT

Estimated Share Count as of May 22, 2026

11.87 billion shares

This estimated share count is taken from the listing announcement published on May 22, 2026

Estimated Share Count After Adjustment

13.08 billion shares

The adjusted estimated share count is based on the share count disclosed in the S1/A filing (published on the U.S. SEC website). If the issuer updates the filing before the official listing, the actual share count may differ. If, before the official listing on 2026/06/10, the difference between the updated share count and the adjusted estimated share count is less than 3%, the contract size will not be adjusted. CoinW may adjust the contract size when a new share count is announced. If CoinW makes any adjustment, a separate announcement will be issued.

Adjustment Factor

1.10

I. Before Adjustment (2026/06/10 16:00–16:30 UTC+8)

Before the adjustment, all strategies created by users under this contract will be canceled/terminated, and the system will not recreate them.

II. During Adjustment (2026/06/10 16:30–17:00 UTC+8)

1. All services for the SPCXUSDT pair will be suspended, including:

  • Opening positions

  • Closing positions

  • Contract strategies

  • Copy trading

  • Take profit/Stop loss

  • Trailing stop

  • Conditional orders

  • Liquidation will not be triggered

  • Adjusting leverage

  • Changing position mode

2. Platform Operations (June 10, 16:30, 2026 UTC+8):

1) Order Cancellation

All open orders under this contract will be canceled/terminated, including all unfilled orders (limit orders, take profit/stop loss orders, etc.). After cancellation, the system would not replace orders.

2) Position Close

  • Position price: the mark price before the adjustment.

  • The platform will uniformly close users’ positions under this contract. The released margin and all realized PnL (whether profit or loss) will be fully credited to users’ accounts.

3) Automatic Position Opening (Migration to Standard Contract)

After the position closing is completed, the platform will automatically open positions for users holding PreIPO contract positions, migrating their original positions to the standard SPCXUSDT TradeFi perpetual contract. The logic is as follows:

  • Opening price: Adjusted mark price (pre-adjustment price ÷ 1.1, rounded according to price precision).

  • The amount, direction and leverage are consistent with those of the original positions.

  • When opening positions, only users’ available account balance will be checked;

  • If you wish to retain the original position direction and size, please make sure your available balance is sufficient to cover the margin required for re-opening before the conversion.

  • Do not modify the leverage or position mode after position closing. Otherwise, the automatic position opening will fail.

III. Marketing Tool Handling During the Adjustment Position

  • For original positions opened using Super Bonuses, all profits after closing the position will be fully credited to users’ accounts. The automatic position opening will not use the Super Bonus again.

  • For original positions opened using Mega Coupon, if the Mega Coupon is expired, the Mega Coupon amount cannot be used again for position opening.

  • For original positions opened using Mega Coupon, if the Mega Coupon is not expired, the system will apply the Mega Coupon for position opening according to the original ratio.

IV. Risk Disclaimer

During the transition period, the SPCXUSDT price may experience significant volatility. For users holding futures positions, strategy copy trading positions, or pending orders, the liquidation risk will significantly increase. We recommend that you close positions, cancel orders, and terminate strategies in advance to avoid trading losses.

Any trading losses incurred during the transition period shall be borne by the user. CoinW has fully informed users of the relevant risks in advance. Please make your own prudent assessment.
