Announcement: The Launch of Stop-Limit Order for Take Profit and Stop Loss
Published on: 2023/06/13 07:16Last Update: 2025/01/01 15:37

Dear Users,

To further improve our products and provide you with a better trading experience, the platform officially launched the “Take-Profit/Stop-Loss – Limit Order” feature on June 13, 2023 for both the web client and the Android app.

You may now choose Market Order or Limit Order when using the Take-Profit/Stop-Loss function. We invite you to try it out!

The iOS app version is still undergoing approval and will be released soon. Please stay tuned for updates in the App Store.

Special Notice

To protect user interests, the platform previously offered the following guarantee:

“If a Take-Profit/Stop-Loss Market Order results in an execution price that exceeds a reasonable deviation range, the platform will fully compensate the user.”

This compensation policy will be discontinued starting with the launch of the new Take-Profit/Stop-Loss – Limit Order feature.

How to Use the Take-Profit/Stop-Loss Limit Order Feature

When setting Take-Profit or Stop-Loss:

1.First set the trigger price

2.Then set the execution price

3.Choose Market Order or Limit Order
-If you choose Limit, you must enter the limit price at which the TP/SL order should execute.

Important Notes

1.For Limit TP/SL, once triggered, the order will execute at the specified limit price. It may remain unfilled or only partially filled if the market does not match the price.

2.For Market TP/SL, once triggered, it executes at the best available market price, which may deviate from the price you set.

3.Currently, Limit TP/SL can only be set for existing positions or current open orders.

4.If you pre-set TP/SL while opening a position using Market or Limit Order, the TP/SL will default to Market order. If you want a Limit order instead, please modify it after placing the order via Current Orders / Positions.

5.In merged-position mode, if you add to a position and simultaneously set TP/SL for the added amount, the system will create an independent TP/SL order for the new position. It will not overwrite the original position’s TP/SL. Please review before confirming your actions.

Thank you for your continued support!
