During the event, users who purchase eligible Standard / Pro Challenge Packages will automatically receive 1 Free Retry voucher for the same package specifications if their first challenge associated with the order fails within 14 days of purchase, provided that no rule violations are involved.

Event Details
During the event period, users who purchase eligible Standard / Pro Challenge Packages will automatically qualify for Free Retry. The Free Retry qualification remains valid for 14 days.
If the user’s first challenge fails, PropW will automatically issue 1 Free Retry voucher with the same specifications to the user’s account on the day following the failure.
Example:
If a user purchases a 50K Standard Challenge Package during the event period and their first challenge fails, they will automatically receive 1 × 50K Standard Free Retry voucher on the following day.
Event Highlights
1. Buy 1, Get 2 Challenge Opportunities
Purchase an eligible Challenge Package during the event to qualify for a second challenge opportunity, helping reduce the cost pressure caused by failing the first challenge.
2. Automatically Issued the Next Day
If an eligible first challenge fails, users do not need to submit a manual request. The system will automatically issue a Free Retry voucher with the same specifications to the user’s account on the following day.
3. Same-Specification Free Retry
The Free Retry voucher will match the specifications of the user’s original Challenge Package, including the challenge mode and account size.
Free Retry Voucher Terms
1.Orders for eligible Standard / Pro Challenge Packages purchased during the event period will automatically be linked to Free Retry eligibility.
2.Even after the event ends, if the first challenge associated with the eligible order fails within 14 days of purchase, and no rule violations are involved, the user will still automatically receive 1 Free Retry voucher with the same specifications on the day following the failure.
3.The Free Retry voucher may only be used to redeem a Challenge Package with the same specifications.
4.Each eligible event order may receive Free Retry eligibility once only.
5.The Free Retry voucher is valid for 7 days from the date of issuance. Please use it within the validity period.
6.If the user passes the first challenge, no Free Retry voucher will be issued.
7.Users whose accounts are terminated due to violations of PropW trading rules, cheating, arbitrage, multiple-account association, account sharing, or any other violations are not eligible for this event benefit.
Eligibility
1.This event is only applicable to eligible Standard / Pro Challenge Package orders purchased during the event period. The 1,000 USDT Standard Package is excluded from this event.
2.The first challenge associated with the eligible event order must fail within 14 days of purchase to trigger the issuance of a Free Retry voucher.
3.This event benefit cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or combined with other special promotional benefits. The final eligibility and issuance are subject to the information displayed on the relevant page and the system records.
4.PropW reserves the right of final interpretation of these event rules and may disqualify users involved in abnormal trading activities, malicious arbitrage, account associations, or violations of platform rules.
