1. Some tokens require a Memo/Tag for deposits or withdrawals

Certain cryptocurrencies require a Memo/Tag when depositing or withdrawing.
Examples of such tokens include:
EOS, XLM, XRP, and USDT on the TON (Toncoin) network, among others.

2. How to determine if a Memo/Tag is required?

• If the deposit page does not display a Memo/Tag, then no tag is needed when depositing.
  (See Example Image 1)

• If a Memo/Tag is shown below the deposit address, it must be included when making a deposit.
  (See Example Image 2)

Important Notice

When making a withdrawal, please make sure to verify whether the receiving platform or wallet requires a Memo/Tag. Failure to provide a Memo/Tag, or entering an incorrect one, may result in the loss of your assets.

If you are depositing funds to the CoinW platform and your deposit has not been credited due to a missing or incorrect Memo/Tag, please submit the following information to our customer support email at support@coinw.com for verification and assistance:

• UID

• Cryptocurrency type

• TXID (Transaction ID)

• Transfer screen recording

• Any other relevant supporting information

We will review the details and process your request accordingly.
